We first began consulting for DHL on the NHS contract in March 2010. At that time, their email marketing program had very little support from the business and wasn't being used as an effective communications tool by the marketing team.

With our vast experience in email marketing for other clients such as Egg and Orange we gave NHS Supply Chain an insight in to what they too could achieve by adopting this underestimated method of marketing to customers.

Initially we developed a set of guidelines to all aspects of email marketing from design and copywriting to the legal requirements involved in email marketing together with email design templates and training for their internal designers.

We continue to work closely with NHS Supply Chain on their day to day email marketing requirements, marketing consultancy, print and web design.
