- additional notes You may wonder why such an old site is featured in my portfolio, quite simply I'm fond of this site because it was the first site I designed and built as a freelancer, way back in 2001. Despite the fact that it's built using old methods that most web people would scoff at (including myself) I do think it has aged well and visually still has it's place in modern web design.
